2 Product use

This product is a series of products specially developed for motor and transformer testing. This series of products is suitable for general testing of 380V, 6KV, 10KV motors and transformers. In order to meet the requirements of the adjustable power supply for the no-load, load, locked-rotor and characteristic tests of motors and transformers, the company has also successfully developed a new series of high-voltage full-power, three-speed voltage output inductive voltage regulators in recent years.

In order to meet the requirements of the test site forbidding oil and to save the use of the test site, a dry-type air-cooled induction voltage regulator with output switch cabinet function has also been successfully developed recently.

1 Product performance

a. Small no-load current, low total loss, efficiency > 96%;

b. Stepless, smooth and continuous pressure regulation;

c. The minimum output voltage is not more than 5% of the rated value, and the negative tolerance of the maximum output voltage is not more than 2% under the rated load;

d. Strong short-term overload capability;

e. The output voltage waveform distortion rate is small;

f. The power frequency can be used for both 50 and 60 Hz;

g. Three-stage output voltage regulator, the output power of each stage remains unchanged;

h. It can be equipped with a digital voltage regulator control cabinet, so that the voltage regulator can be automatically controlled according to the test requirements;

i. For dry air-cooled products, the voltage regulator is integrated with the output switch cabinet, which is very convenient to use.

2 Structural features

a) The structure is compact, the proportion is appropriate, and the shape is beautiful;

b) The three major structures are made of cast iron to reduce magnetic flux leakage and prevent structural deformation;

c) The stator and rotor of the voltage regulator adopt the best slot matching to improve the smoothness of voltage regulation;

d) The stator core adopts the new technology of inclined slot to reduce the tooth harmonics and core loss and improve the output voltage waveform;

e) In order to improve the concentricity of the stator and rotor cores, the secondary core processing technology is adopted;

f) Small-capacity products use QZ2 high-strength polyester enamelled round copper wire for windings, medium and large-capacity products use SBEB double-glass filament-coated copper flat wire, and high-voltage products use SBMB-1Z5N self-adhesive double-glass filament-coated polyester film for 1 layer. Wrapped epoxy paint impregnated copper flat wire;

g) The iron core adopts B50A470 0.5mm cold-rolled silicon steel sheet produced by Baosteel;

h) Oil-immersed self-cooling small-capacity products use corrugated fuel tanks, medium-capacity products use tubular fuel tanks, and large-capacity products use radiator-type fuel tanks;

i) Oil-immersed self-cooling regulators with a capacity of 6KV and above and a capacity of more than 1000KVA are generally equipped with a moisture absorber and a pressure-type temperature indicating controller;

j) Dry air-cooled products have realized the integration of voltage regulator and output switch cabinet. The body of the voltage regulator is placed in the cabinet, the cabinet wall is equipped with a cooling fan, the cabinet surface is equipped with up and down buttons, output opening and closing switches, digital display output voltmeter and ammeter.
