This series of products is equipped with DVRS type digital voltage regulation control cabinet, which has two voltage regulation modes of jog and automatic. It can also be switched by selector switch, and can also realize local or remote control.

1 Product performance

a. Main technical and economic indicators: The two main technical and economic indicators of the voltage regulator—no-load current and total loss are only about two-thirds of the standard value, far superior to the level of the same industry in the country;

b. Output voltage range: the minimum no-load output voltage is not more than 30V, and in the case of rated load, the maximum output voltage is equal to or greater than 650V;

c. Voltage regulation characteristics: the output voltage of the voltage regulator can be adjusted steplessly, smoothly and continuously;

2 Structural features

a. Voltage regulation mode: manual, digital electric dual-use. Manually used in general debugging, under normal working conditions, use digital automatic voltage regulation;

b. Voltage regulation time: During electric voltage regulation, the no-load output voltage is adjusted from the minimum value to the maximum value (or vice versa), and the required time is 1.0-1.5min;

c. The product structure is compact, the proportion is appropriate, and the shape is beautiful;

d. The three major structural parts are cast iron to reduce magnetic flux leakage and prevent structural deformation;

e. The stator and rotor of the voltage regulator adopt the best slot matching to improve the smoothness of voltage regulation;

f. The stator iron core adopts the new technology of inclined slot to reduce the tooth harmonic and iron core loss and improve the output voltage waveform;

g. In order to improve the concentricity of the stator and rotor cores, the secondary core processing technology is adopted;

h. The low-voltage winding is wrapped with SBEB double glass fiber, and the high-voltage winding is wrapped with SBEMB-1Z5N self-adhesive double-glass fiber wrapped polyester film wrapped with epoxy paint impregnated copper flat wire;

i. The iron core adopts B50A470 produced by Baosteel Company or DW470-50 0.5mm high magnetic conductivity cold-rolled silicon steel sheet produced by Wuhan Iron and Steel Company;

j. Medium-capacity products use tubular fuel tanks, and large-capacity products use radiator-type fuel tanks;
