1 Introduction

The digital voltage regulating (stabilizing) control cabinet is an important part of automatic voltage regulators and voltage stabilizers. It forms a closed-loop automatic voltage regulating system with general voltage regulators, that is, automatic voltage regulators. The voltage regulator forms a closed-loop automatic voltage regulation system, which is a voltage regulator.

The main components in the cabinet are all well-known international and domestic brands such as Siemens of Germany, Emerson of the United States, Shanghai Ergong Electric Co., Ltd. (which has been merged into Siemens), and Changshu Switch Manufacturing Co., Ltd.

The control cabinet is characterized by high precision of automatic voltage regulation (stabilization), simple man-machine dialogue interface, simple operation, and several voltage regulation (stabilization) modes of electric/automatic, local control/remote control. There are two voltage stabilization modes: automatic remote control and automatic remote control. When automatic remote voltage regulation (stabilization), the communication mode with the user's host computer is flexible, and the alarm information and protection functions are complete, which can fully meet the user's requirements for automatic voltage regulation or voltage regulation of the load.

Three digital ammeters on the control cabinet display the three-phase output current, and one digital voltmeter is switched by the switch to display the three-phase output voltage.

3 control methods

3.1 Adjustment (regulator) output control

There are two control modes of the output end of the voltage regulator: electric control and automatic control.

a. Electric control

Electric control can be local or remote control.

When the transfer switch is placed in the "electric" and "local control" positions, click the up and down buttons on the control cabinet to make the inductive voltage regulator go up and down. In the "remote control" position, press the up and down buttons on the remote console to make the induction regulator perform up and down adjustment.

b. Automatic control

Automatic control can also be controlled locally or remotely.

When the transfer switch is placed in the "automatic" and "local control" positions, the programmable logic controller (PLC) will automatically adjust or stabilize the voltage of the induction voltage regulator according to the instructions issued by the touch screen (HMT) on the control cabinet;

When the transfer switch is placed in the "automatic" and "remote control" positions respectively, the programmable logic controller (PLC) adopts the corresponding communication protocol according to the instructions issued by the upper computer (master station) of the remote control center to make the induction voltage regulator Automatic voltage regulation or voltage regulation;

During automatic voltage regulation, the target voltage of each stage, the number of operating stages, and the running time of each stage can also be preset, so that the induction voltage regulator can realize stepped automatic voltage regulation.

3.2 Adjustment (regulator) input control

Usually, the voltage regulator (voltage regulator) is input to the switch cabinet by the user. For the convenience of debugging and use, the "close" and "open" buttons can be placed on the digital voltage regulation control cabinet;

a. Input switch cabinet closed

When the output voltage of the inductive voltage regulator is at the minimum value (for the voltage regulator) or the lowest value (for the voltage regulator), it can only be connected through the closing button on the input switch cabinet, digital voltage regulation control cabinet or remote console. Input power through the voltage regulator.

b. The input switch cabinet is opened and returned to zero

When the input switch is opened and the voltage regulator load loses power, the inductive voltage regulator should automatically return to the lower limit position of the output voltage.

4 Protection and alarm

The digital voltage regulating (stabilizing) control cabinet should play a variety of protective functions for the voltage regulator and the voltage stabilizer, and should alarm in one of the following situations.

a. The output voltage of the induction voltage regulator is not at the lower limit position;

b. The output voltage of the induction voltage regulator reaches the maximum position;

c. The induction voltage regulator servo motor fails;

d. The output voltage feedback signal of the induction voltage regulator is disconnected;

e. The load current of the induction voltage regulator exceeds the set value;

f. The oil temperature of the induction regulator exceeds the set value.
